Creating a Personal Shopping Account
The information you provide, such as billing and e-mail addresses, credit card information (optional), mode of shipping, the make(s) and model(s) of your vehicle(s), etc.— is transmitted to us via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, then stored in encrypted form by JC Whitney for the sole purpose of assisting you with future purchases.
You will not have to re-enter this information every time you shop. You simply need to login at the beginning of future shopping sessions to access your account.

Login/Logout
Login user names and passwords are case-sensitive, so you must be sure to type exactly the same combination of upper and lower case characters as you did when you initially entered them. In case you've forgotten your password, visit our Password Help page.
When you Login to your personal shopping account at JCWhitney.com be sure to LOGOUT at the end of your shopping session. Logging out secures personal information by closing your account and preventing unauthorized access from your personal computer.
Update Your Account
To update your profile and account, click on "Your Account" at the top of any JCWhitney.com web page. Once your customer information page opens, simply select the appropriate section of your account (for instance, "Password," "'Bill To' Address," etc.) that you wish to change. Then click on the Submit Changes button when finished.
E-mail Address
When you register, your e-mail address will be stored for communication involving your orders. We do not rent, sell or exchange e-mail addresses.
